Mediation Fees
My rates are variable depending on the complexity and nature of the dispute but the general rates are as follows:

Rates are standard as at 1 July 2025. If would like to discuss different rates for your dispute please contact us.

Rates include up to 2 hours of preparation and a pre-mediation conference. Where there are more than two parties, please add $500 per additional party.
Mediation locations and travel

There are no travel charges for mediations held within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

For full-day mediations within a three hour flight of Melbourne, no travel costs will be charged for mediations in the Supreme or County/District Courts unless a discounted mediation rate has been charged.

For any other mediations, flights, accommodation and airport transfers are charged at a fixed rate to be agreed on a case by case basis and are payable before travel bookings are confirmed. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, travel costs are refundable less any amount paid by the mediator and not able to be reclaimed from the travel provider.

Online mediations are generally held on Zoom. By request, mediations can be held using Microsoft Teams.
