Putting Client Focus in Dispute Resolution

One of the largest reasons for complaints against lawyers is poor communication. A large part of this comes from a mismatch of expectations and knowledge. A lawyer has a far greater understanding of the dispute resolution process than the client and what is obvious to them, and therefore doesn’t need to be said, is in fact something the client really needs to hear. In this session we will look at what clients need for a good customer service experience and what you can do when you receive a client complaint.
