Advanced Negotiation Masterclass


Even experienced negotiators can benefit from a review of their negotiation process and approach.


This is a highly experiential program. Before the session, participants read a brief overview Harvard’s 7 Elements of negotiation model. They also complete a 7 Elements preparation template for a hypothetical role play.

In the session, participants engage in the hypothetical negotiation. They receive feedback from the expert facilitator and their peers.

They also receive a video of their negotiation for review after the session. (Optional)

Key Outcomes

This program will:

  • increase your awareness of your current negotiating strengths

  • provide expert and peer feedback

  • identify practical steps for improved negotiating skills
